Tumbling builds the athletic foundation that takes dancers to the next level. Students develop strength, body awareness, and acrobatic skills — from cartwheels and roundoffs to back walkovers, aerials, and beyond. All skills are taught progressively and safely, with each dancer moving at their own pace. Tumbling pairs beautifully with every dance style.

Tiny Tumblers is a playful introduction to movement and body awareness for our youngest students. Through age-appropriate activities, children develop balance, coordination, and confidence while learning to roll, jump, and explore what their bodies can do — all in a completely safe and encouraging environment.
Intro to tumbling builds the foundational skills that every dancer needs — cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, handstands, and bridges. Taught progressively and safely, students gain the strength, flexibility, and body control that directly improves every other style they dance.
Beginning and intermediate tumbling takes students into more advanced acrobatic skills including back walkovers, front walkovers, and running passes. Emphasis on proper technique and safety ensures dancers build these skills the right way — with the strength and control to perform them confidently on any stage.
Advanced tumbling is for athletes ready to train at a high level. Students work on complex skills, tumbling passes, and acrobatic combinations that require serious strength, precision, and commitment. Instructor approval required.
